How does Centiva protect my personal information?

How does Centiva collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Enter into an investment advisory contract
- Seek financial advice
- Make deposits or withdrawals from your account
- Tell us about your investment or retirement portfolio
- Give us your employment history We also collect your personal information from others, such as third-party service providers.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above (or below) categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include companies such as Centiva Fund GP, LLC, Centiva Capital Asia PTE Ltd, Centiva Capital Europe SAS, Centiva Capital HK Limited and Centiva Capital UK Ltd.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Centiva does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Centiva does not jointly market.
